Megapoxy PM Duo Mix is a two-component gap-filling epoxy paste adhesive for many types of bonding and filling applications. It is available in a convenient prepackaged 600 mL Duo Mix cartridge with a static mixing nozzle. Parts A and B are mixed together as they pass through the nozzle, ensuring a perfect mix every time. Simple to use with no premixing required, it’s easy to dispense, clean, fuss-free, and results in less waste.

Before you begin, you’ll need to ensure that all contact surfaces like metal, concrete, and stone are clean and clear of oil, dust, and any other surface contaminants. Concrete and stone surfaces should be prepared by grinding the surface and removing all the dust and debris. This helps ensure effective bonding contact. Compressed air can be used to remove dust from cracks and holes before injecting Megapoxy PM Duo Mix and securing any support pins.

Megapoxy PM Duo Mix is VOC free. As with all epoxy resins, please wear appropriate PPE including eyewear, gloves, and clothing when applying the product.

Megapoxy PM Duo Mix is recommended for bonding precast concrete, grouting bolts, bricks, ceramics, and metals. It is ideal for filling and repair of concrete pipes and tanks, fibreglass, concrete columns, dowel holes, and in-situ formed concrete.

Applying Megapoxy PM Duo Mix to cracks and holes is easy and fast. PM Duo Mix can be used for overhead and vertical surfaces. Uncured PM Duo Mix can be cleaned with Megapoxy thinners. It’s rapid setting and will cure even in cold or damp conditions. Stronger than concrete with good chemical resistance, Megapoxy PM Duo Mix comes in a 600 mL cartridge, and PM is also available in prepackaged 1, 4, and 20 L kits with a simple 1:1 mix ratio.

Once cured, PM Duo Mix has a high compressive strength, but it can be ground, sanded, and shaped easily with power tools to give a smooth surface finish.
