We worked closely with Bianco Precast to identify the perfect Megapoxy solution – and guided them through application. Our goal? To support a highly efficient manufacturing process and safeguard our client’s longstanding reputation for excellence.
The solution included:
- Applying a coat of Megapoxy LVS – a penetration sealer for concrete, brick and other porous surfaces.
- While protecting and waterproofing the products, Megapoxy LVS also highlights any existing surface defects (eg small cracks) on curing – which can be filled with Megabond, our high-strength, 100% solids epoxy adhesive.
- Simple and fast, Megabond provides a smoother surface, outstanding chemical resistance and amazing strength.
- Finally, three coats of Megapoxy MC are applied in contrasting colours to visually confirm full coverage.
