Working with Vittoria Coffee, Megapoxy 132 Grey – a high-strength epoxy coating ideal for commercial and industrial applications – was chosen for this project. We supported the client through application, which took place in hot summer temperatures.
- The team first removed all existing resin floor coatings and prepared the floor.
- When the surface was fully prepared, they applied one coat of Megapoxy 132 Grey combined with 10% Megapoxy thinners, allowing for a simple spray application. This was done early in the day before the day reached maximum heat.
- The next day, with the first coat completely cured, the second coat was also applied using spray equipment (again, during cooler earlier daylight hours).
