Megapoxy 206 Ultra is an epoxy grout for crusher parts and grouting industrial machinery, offering high compressive strength. It is an epoxy resin available in conveniently prepackaged 8.8 kg and 25.3 kg kits in the correct mix ratio.

Before you begin mixing, you’ll need to ensure that all contact surfaces like metal, concrete, and stone are clean and clear of oil, dust, and any other surface contaminants. Concrete surfaces should be ground, grit blasted, or acid etched, then washed and allowed to dry before application. Metal surfaces should be grit blasted to a Class 3 finish before cleaning with an industrial-strength degreaser. Megapoxy 206 Ultra is VOC free. As with all epoxy resins, please wear appropriate PPE including eyewear, gloves, and clothing when mixing and applying the product.

Megapoxy 206 Ultra is a high-strength heavy-duty grout with a 30-minute work time and a 24-hour cure at 25°. Megapoxy 206 Ultra has a black Part B. Once the product has been mixed thoroughly, it should be completely uniform grey in colour.

The recommended mixing time is 3 minutes—initially 2 minutes, scraping the sides, followed by another minute of mixing until fully uniform. During the first 2 minutes, rub across the bottom of the container and into the sides, avoiding vigorous up-and-down movements to prevent entrapping air into the grout.

After the first 2 minutes, scrape the sides to remove any unmixed product, then mix for one final minute. Once fully mixed and uniform in colour, the product is ready for use.

Applying Megapoxy 206 Ultra is easy and fast. Uncured 206 can be cleaned with Megapoxy thinners. It will cure even in cold or damp conditions. Stronger than concrete with excellent chemical and impact resistance, the product can be poured into formwork using a measuring jug.
