Starting his career at the in-house laboratory and domestic sales, he expanded his focus to support a global network of distributors, resellers, and customers. Having built relationships over decades, Lee sees this international network like family and is committed to providing them with the support, advice and resources needed to boost growth.

Lee brings adaptability and efficiency to his work as he navigates the complexities of export processes, compliance with different regulations, and the logistics of serving customers across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and New Zealand. He’s also responsible for logistics and supply chain efficiency, regulatory and customs compliance, issue resolution, and market growth.
