What properties do you test in your epoxy resins?

How is Megapoxy reducing its environmental footprint?

Over 20% of our epoxy production is powered by solar energy, saving the equivalent of 9,895 trees. We also operate closed-loop recycling to repurpose returned goods and reduce waste across the board. We maximise the use of sustainable packaging, ensuring recyclable and recycled materials are prioritised for cartons and containers.

Are Megapoxy epoxy adhesives safe and environmentally friendly?

We have successfully phased out fluoropolymers (PFAS chemicals), adopting safer alternatives to safeguard both our employees and customers. We’re also voluntarily transitioning to Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS)-free epoxy formulations and actively exploring low-VOC and bio-based materials to create environmentally friendly product lines.

How does Megapoxy’s manufacturing process contribute to sustainability?

Our facility uses temperature-controlled tanks and thermal-enhanced pipelines to reduce spills and cut energy use. Combined with advanced reworking systems and sustainable packaging for our epoxy products, we’re focused on smarter, cleaner production. Electric forklifts now replace gas-powered units at our Australian production facility, cutting emissions and noise, and increasing safety.
